Introducing the All New 2026 Hyundai Palisade

This three-row midsize SUV makes its debut with a refined design and enhanced trim offerings. The new SEL Premium trim now stands on its own, while the bold XRT gets more standard features, ensuring style and substance in every drive. "The all-new 2026 Hyundai Palisade showcases commitment to customer needs. With its bold design, tech that empowers, and enhances comfort—including a reimagined third row—we wanted to offer a vehicle that truly meets the needs of today’s drivers,” said Olabisi Boyle, SVP of product planning and mobility of Hyundai Motor North America.

The 2026 Palisade comes equipped with a standard 2.5-liter turbocharged hybrid powertrain engine producing 329 horsepower. New for 2026, the Palisade lineup now includes a hybrid powertrain for the first time. This system pairs a 2.5-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine with electrified technology to deliver an estimated 258 horsepower. For those seeking off-road capability, the new XRT Pro trim features a lifted suspension that adds an extra inch of ground clearance and includes driver-selectable terrain modes designed to enhance traction on mud, sand, and snow. The three-row Palisade is designed to accommodate the entire family. With its standard second-row bench seat, it provides seating for up to eight passengers. For a more luxurious experience, available second-row captain’s chairs offer reclining functionality and extendable footrests—enhancing comfort while reducing seating capacity to seven.

The new Palisade exudes a bold, upscale presence with styling that fits a flagship SUV. Its front end is defined by striking vertical LED daytime running lights and a horizontal center light signature, enhancing its wide stance and drawing attention to the prominent grille, which features active airflow shutters in the lower fascia. A horizontal hood line and more upright A-pillar contribute to a powerful and confident side profile.

Alongside Hyundai’s SmartSense suite of active and passive safety technologies, the 2026 Palisade offers families an extra layer of protection both on the road and while parked. For the first time in a Hyundai vehicle, a built-in two-camera Dash Cam provides continuous recording during drives. When parked, it can automatically begin recording if nearby movement is detected, thanks to its integration with the vehicle’s sensors. Whether it’s capturing footage of a sudden stop or a minor parking lot incident, the Dash Cam enhances peace of mind in a range of situations. Video clips can be easily reviewed through the head unit display or transferred via a MicroSD card located in the glovebox.

Hyundai has already revealed the fully redesigned 2026 Palisade at the 2025 New York Auto Show in April, and production is ramping up now.
